Coralogix Endpoints

To support faster, more reliable data ingestion, Coralogix provides regional endpoints for all observability sources.

Enhancing your Coralogix experience: static IPs & new regional DNS endpoints​

We're excited to introduce significant infrastructure enhancements designed to improve network reliability, simplify integrations, and boost operational efficiency across the Coralogix platform.​ With static IP ranges and regionalized DNS endpoints, your operations become easier to manage, more secure, and resilient to infrastructure evolution.

What's changing?

• Static Elastic IP ranges for Load Balancers We've allocated dedicated pools of static Elastic IPs for each region and service type (API, Ingress, Syslog, RUM, Egress). This change eliminates the need for repeated updates to your IP allowlists during infrastructure changes. You can now whitelist a single CIDR block per region, ensuring uninterrupted service.​

• Standardized regional DNS endpoints We're also adopting a new DNS naming convention to complement our static IP strategy, simplify integration across environments and align with our growing regional infrastructure. The new endpoint format is: <region>.coralogix.com

Action required

• Update IP allowlists: Incorporate the new static IP ranges for your respective regions into your firewall or security group configurations.

  Note

  To ensure uninterrupted service during future upgrades, scaling, and rebalancing, we recommend whitelisting the full CIDR block for each region.

  Warning

  • EU2 and AP3 environments - Add the new CIDR ranges to your IP allowlists without removing the existing ones. Deprecation for the previous IPs will be announced in advance.

• Transition to the new DNS endpoints: Modify your integrations and SDKs to use the new regional DNS endpoints.

Limits & quotas

Coralogix places the following limits on endpoints:

• A hard limit of 10MB of data to our OpenTelemetry endpoint, with a recommendation of 2MB

• A hard limit of 2411724 bytes of data to our Prometheus RemoteWrite endpoint, with a recommendation for any amount less than this limit

Limits apply to single requests, regardless of timespan.
