Monitor and track your Jira activities in real-time by integrating Jira with Coralogix using webhooks. This integration enables you to collect and analyze Jira events, helping you maintain visibility into your project management workflows and team activities.

The Coralogix integration with Jira allows you to:

* Track issue creation, updates, and deletions
* Monitor project and sprint activities
* Analyze user interactions and system changes
* Create custom dashboards and alerts based on Jira events

Before you begin, ensure you have:

* Administrator access to your Jira account
* Administrator access to your Coralogix account
* Permissions to create webhooks in both platforms

### Step 1: Create a Coralogix Incoming Webhook URL[​](#step-1-create-a-coralogix-incoming-webhook-url "Direct link to Step 1: Create a Coralogix Incoming Webhook URL")

1. Log in to your Coralogix account
2. Navigate to **Data Flow** > **Contextual Data**
3. Click on **Generic Webhook** > **Add New**
4. Configure the webhook settings and copy the generated URL
5. Save your changes

### Step 2: Configure a Jira Webhook[​](#step-2-configure-a-jira-webhook "Direct link to Step 2: Configure a Jira Webhook")

1. Log in to your Jira account as an administrator.

2. Go to **Settings** > **System** > **Advanced** > **WebHooks**

3. Click **Create a WebHook**

4. Enter the following details:

   * **Name**: Provide a descriptive name (e.g., “Coralogix Integration”)
   * **URL**: Paste the webhook URL from Coralogix
   * **Status**: Enable the webhook

5. Under **Events**, select the events you want to monitor:

6. Click **Create** to save your webhook configuration.
