Organization Settings

As Organization Administrator, you can manage your Organization Settings to determine permissions for new users and which domains are allowed to connect to your organization.

Domain Manager

Add your organization’s domain/s to automatically connect new users when they sign up for a Coralogix account using their work email account.

Add a new domain

  1. Select Add New Domain. You will be asked to verify the new domain.

  2. Input an email address in the new domain to which a confirmation email will be sent.

  3. Select Save.

  4. Check the email address which you entered for the confirmation email and go to the link in the email.

Note

  • The default domain is the domain of the email that the Organization Administrator used to create the organization.
  • Until the email address has been confirmed, the domain will remain in a pending state and will be greyed out.
  • Once the email address has been confirmed, the domain will become active.

Permissions

Permissions allow Org Admins to control how users and teams are associated with the organization based on their email domain during signup and team creation. These settings determine whether users from approved domains can automatically access existing organization teams and whether newly created teams are automatically connected to the organization. Allow external teams connect option

When this option is enabled, any newly created team whose creator signs up using an email address that matches one of the organization’s configured domains will be automatically connected to the organization.

This is useful when users are allowed to create new teams independently, while still ensuring those teams remain part of the organization and are governed by its settings.

When disabled, teams created by users from the organization’s domains will not be automatically connected to the organization.

Allow access

When this option is enabled, new users from the configured domain(s) can access existing teams within the organization during the signup process.

When disabled, users from the organization’s domains will not be able to join existing teams automatically and may be required to contact the Org Admin to request access.
