In an atomic operation delete all existing log policies and create the provided list by order.

policies# object[]required
Replaces every log policy of the team with this list, in this order: the first policy gets order 1. An overwrite that changes the policies gives each a new id; one that sends the stored policies again keeps their ids. An empty list deletes every log policy.
