The Coralogix FedRAMP environment is a FedRAMP Authorized observability environment in AWS GovCloud, assessed against the FedRAMP Class C (formerly Moderate) control baseline by an independent Third Party Assessment Organization. This page covers the data privacy commitments that apply to it.

For what the environment covers and how to connect to it, see [FedRAMP](https://coralogix.com/docs/user-guides/account-management/fedramp.md).

## Cryptography[](#cryptography "Direct link to Cryptography")

Coralogix meets the applicable FedRAMP cryptographic requirements using FIPS validated cryptography throughout the environment.

## Data in transit[](#data-in-transit "Direct link to Data in transit")

All ingest and management traffic to the environment is encrypted with TLS. The environment terminates TLS at its edge and does not accept plaintext connections.

## Jurisdiction[](#jurisdiction "Direct link to Jurisdiction")

The environment runs exclusively in AWS GovCloud `us-gov-west-1`. Data ingested into a FedRAMP tenant stays within that boundary, and support for the environment is delivered by a US-based Site Reliability Engineering team.

## Change management[](#change-management "Direct link to Change management")

Significant changes to the environment go through a Configuration Control Board review before deployment, in line with the FedRAMP configuration management control family. Customers do not participate in these reviews. They are documented for compliance teams evaluating the change-management boundary.

## Customer responsibilities[](#customer-responsibilities "Direct link to Customer responsibilities")

The controls you are responsible for are set out in the Customer Responsibility Matrix, delivered as part of the Coralogix FedRAMP documentation package. See [Customer Responsibility Matrix](https://coralogix.com/docs/user-guides/account-management/fedramp.md#customer-responsibility-matrix) for how to obtain it.
