Access and authentication
The Coralogix FedRAMP environment runs separately from the commercial platform, and its authentication paths are separate too. This page describes how you reach your tenant, and how Coralogix personnel reach the environment.
Customer access
Each FedRAMP tenant has its own URL:
https://{tenant}.app.gov1.coralogixgov.us
Replace {tenant} with the slug provisioned for your organization. You receive the slug from your Coralogix account representative during onboarding.
API keys
API requests use Coralogix API keys scoped to the FedRAMP tenant. A key issued for a commercial Coralogix account does not work against the FedRAMP environment, and the reverse is also true. See API keys for how keys and permission presets work.
When you point a client, agent, or shipper at the environment, use the GOV1 endpoints. Select GOV1 in the domain selector on Coralogix endpoints to display them.
Coralogix operator access
Coralogix operator access to the FedRAMP environment is delivered by a dedicated US-based Site Reliability Engineering team. Operators authenticate through an Okta tenant separate from the commercial one, and connect through a dedicated Teleport cluster. EKS cluster endpoints are private and reachable only over approved paths.
You do not interact with these controls. They are documented for compliance teams evaluating the authorization boundary.
