Sign in with email and password

Early access

The new local-login experience documented on this page is in early access. Behavior may evolve before general availability.

Use local login when your account is set up with an email and password. After your credentials are accepted, Coralogix prompts you for two-factor authentication if it is enrolled, and routes you to your team or to the team picker.

What you need

  • A Coralogix account with email and password set up.
  • Local login allowed for your user. If your team is configured for SSO only, see SSO with SAML.
  • A two-factor authentication device, if 2FA is enrolled or enforced for your account. See Set up two-factor authentication.

  1. Open your team URL — for example, https://<team>.coralogix.com. Most users arrive here from an invite email or a bookmark.
  2. Enter your email and password, then select Log in.
  3. If 2FA is enrolled, on the Two-factor verification screen, enter the current code from your authenticator app, then select Verify. If you cannot reach your authenticator app, use a backup code — see Set up two-factor authentication for supported apps and the backup-code flow.
  4. If you belong to more than one team, the Choose a team screen appears. Select the team you want to work in.

If you belong to one team, Coralogix takes you straight to that team after sign-in.

Sign-in form with email field

Reset your password

  1. On the sign-in page, after entering your email, select Forgot Password?.
  2. On Reset password, enter the email on your account and submit the form.
  3. Open the email Coralogix sends and select the reset link.
  4. In New password and Confirm password, enter a password that meets the password requirements below, then submit the form to apply the change.

You can sign in with the new password right away. Sessions you have open on other devices stay signed in.

If the reset link has expired or has already been used, request a fresh one from the sign-in page.

Password requirements

Your password must:

  • Be 8–35 characters.
  • Include at least one uppercase letter (AZ).
  • Include at least one lowercase letter (az).
  • Include at least one digit (09).
  • Include at least one special character — for example, !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_{|}~`.
  • Contain no spaces.

Session behavior

Coralogix may keep you signed in across visits depending on your organization's session policies. Organization admins can configure:

  • Force logout after — maximum session duration, up to 365 days.
  • Log users out when activity is not detected for — idle inactivity timeout.
  • Forced re-authentication for security events, such as an admin requiring you to sign in again.

If you belong to multiple teams, a single session covers them all. Access is evaluated independently for each team.
