Knowledge Assistance

Ask questions about Coralogix platform features in plain English and get real-time answers based on Coralogix documentation. Knowledge Assistance provides context-aware responses and supports follow-up questions for a conversational investigation experience.

Note

Responses are generated using Coralogix's publicly available documentation, which limits their scope. LLM-based systems are still evolving and can make mistakes — responses may be incomplete or incorrect.

Session retention

Knowledge Assistance keeps track of past interactions for 24 hours. Your interaction history is preserved even if you close and reopen the panel.

Prerequisites

Olly must be enabled for your team. See Enable Olly.

Enable Knowledge Assistance

  1. Verify that you have permission to manage AI settings.
  2. Go to Settings, then Account Preferences.
  3. Under AI-Powered Capabilities, turn on the Knowledge Assistance toggle.

Use Knowledge Assistance

  1. Open Olly from the Coralogix navigation, side drawer, or keyboard shortcut (Cmd+I / Ctrl+I).
  2. Ask any question about the Coralogix platform in plain English. Select Send or Enter.
  3. Review the response. Expand Based on resources to access related documentation.
  4. Select Copy at the bottom of the panel to copy the response to your clipboard.
