# Fleet Management: archive configuration

Archive configuration groups and families

You can now archive configuration groups and families in Fleet Management to declutter your workspace without permanently deleting configurations. Archived items are hidden from the default view by a **State != Archived** filter, which you can remove to view them for audit and compliance purposes. You can also clone archived configurations to reuse them as the basis for new ones.
