As the leading log management and analytics platform, we’re proud to announce that we’ve been recognized in the Gartner “2020 Cool Vendors in Performance Analysis” report by Padraig Byrne.  Gartner, Inc. is the world’s leading information technology research and advisory company. They offer world-class, objective insights on a wide variety of IT solutions.

Gartner releases a series of research reports, each year, which identifies and sheds light on ‘Cool Vendors’ in various technological fields. The report on performance analysis states that: “I&O leaders should consider how innovative vendor approaches can deliver enhanced insight into their IT environments.” Being recognized and included as a vendor in the ‘2020 Cool Vendors in Performance Analysis’ report validates and recognizes the work we’ve been doing around Performance Analytics.

The key findings reported state that performance analysis vendors are responding to changes in technology and the market by implementing monitoring powered by artificial intelligence approaches. Artificial Intelligence techniques are applied to unearth the value that can be found in log files and other data sources.

Coralogix directly addresses Gartner’s recommendations around monitoring, analytics, and log file aggregations by providing its customers with a centralized & analyzed view of the log files and metrics from various systems. This gives our customers insight into business processes and customer experience.

At the IOCS conference, hosted by Gartner in December 2019,  attendees were asked what their priorities were for investing in monitoring tools during the next 12 months. More than 40% of them indicated that hybrid environments were a priority. The Coralogix cross-platform integrations directly address this need for companies to have visibility of their systems across multiple providers and platforms.

According to the report, “Coralogix is cool because it uses AI-based capabilities to identify anomalies in log flows and sequences. This is effective in identifying anomalies that might be missed by traditional, metric-based approaches to anomaly detection. Coralogix tracks log flows and enables log retention based on multiple parameter combinations — for example, location, granularity, or certain keyword combinations.”

Gartner further states that “Coralogix offers a tiered pricing model underpinned by streaming analytics for log analysis that obviates the need to store all logs. Organizations can choose to analyze critical logs in real-time for troubleshooting, index and query high-priority logs, or archive low-priority logs for audit purposes. The ability to pay for logging by value, as opposed to the volume of logs optimizes IT storage costs.” This is one of our many valuable offerings as Gartner has identified pricing as one of the principal barriers of monitoring technologies.

“Being recognized as a Gartner Cool Vendor in Performance Analysis highlights the growing market need for our best-in-class log management and observability platform,” said Ariel Assaraf, CEO, Coralogix. “We are proud that Gartner recognized our innovative ML-powered approach to data and our game-changing observability product that, for the first time, allows enterprises to pay according to data priority instead of solely on volume.”

We are also proud to announce that former NTT CEO, Matt Handler, has joined us as President and Chief Operating Officer. With over three decades of experience in leading revenue operations at companies such as Sumo Logic, White Hat Security, Juniper Networks, and HP, we know that he is a great asset to our team. Matt will be responsible for the company’s operational and growth strategy.
