Week 1: Platform Fundamentals & Operational Readiness

Date: 16th July | Remote

Objective: Introduce core Coralogix platform capabilities and ensure users are comfortable navigating and using the interface.

Sessions:

• Platform Overview & Fundamentals
• Alerts & Dashboards
  • Creating and managing alerts (OOTB + custom)
  • Visualizing metrics and logs via dashboards
  • Use cases: real-time troubleshooting, SLO monitoring, release validation

Goal: By the end of the week, users should be able to query data, build dashboards, and configure alerts for basic use cases.

Week 2: Advanced Querying & Data Exploration

Date: 23rd July | In person

Objective: Equip the team with deep-dive skills in data exploration using DataPrime (Coralogix’s advanced query language).

Sessions:

• Introduction to DataPrime (syntax, structure, use cases)
• Writing complex queries for metrics, logs, and traces
• Aggregations, groupings, transformations
• Real-world examples: performance bottlenecks, error trends, latency breakdowns

Goal: Users should be confident in building custom reports and deep-dive analytics using DataPrime.

Week 3: Admin Training

Date: 6th August | In person

Objective: Empower platform admins and technical leads with architectural knowledge, admin tools, and integration patterns.

Sessions:

• Integrations & Extensions Overview
• Coralogix APIs Deep Dive
• Opentelemetry
• Admin Console & RBAC
  • Role-based access control
  • Managing users, teams, and permissions

Goal: Admins should be able to manage platform access, configure integrations, and maintain governance.
