AI Tools Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

The purpose of this AI Tools Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) is to establish guidelines and acceptable usage practices for the responsible and ethical use of the Coralogix artificial intelligence (AI) tool as may be made available by Coralogix to its Customers on and as part of Coralogix’s services and/or solutions (each, a “Coralogix AI Tool” and collectively, the “Coralogix AI Tools”).

2. Scope

This Policy is an integral part of the Coralogix Master Subscription Terms (“Terms”) and applies to the Customer and any of its employees, contractors, and third-party individuals who have access to and/or make use of the Coralogix AI Tools (each “User” or “You” and collectively “Users”).

3. Data-enabled tool, and Opt-Out

The Coralogix AI tools is turned off by default. The control is in Users hands. Users are granted the discretion to activate the Coralogix AI tool or decline participation. Should a User admin choose to opt in, this will encompass all team members. The User admin retains the right to opt in at their convenience via the settings at any time.

4. Responsible Use

The User must use the AI Tools responsibly and ethically, avoiding any actions that could harm others, violate privacy or any applicable laws, or otherwise facilitate any malicious activities.

5. Compliance 

You must use the Coralogix AI Tools in compliance with the Terms and all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, privacy, and intellectual property laws.

Further, you hereby represent and warrant, that you have the full and entire right and that you have received and shall maintain throughout your use of the Coralogix AI Tool, any authorizations and/or approvals required for the upload, submission, transmission, or distribution of any Content (as such term defined below) you make available or otherwise provide in your use of the Coralogix AI Tool, including without limitation any third-party confidential or proprietary information.

6. Restrictions

You shall not and shall not allow or enable any third party to: (i) upload, submit, transmit, distribute or generate any text, data or content (“Content”) that infringes any third party right or is otherwise deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harmful, pornographic, indecent, harassing, discriminating, hateful, inducing violence and/or terrorism, or otherwise encouraging any illegal, tortious or inappropriate conduct; (ii) Impersonate any person, organization or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person, organization or entity; (iii) use the Coralogix AI Tools for any illegal, unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activities or for competitive purposes; or (iv) submit, transmit or otherwise introduce to the Coralogix AI Tool any Content that contains or redirects (or may contain or redirect) to a virus, Trojan horse, worm, scripting exploits, bots or other harmful component or technology, or any other actually or potentially harmful, disruptive, or invasive code or component.

7. Personal Information

You represent and warrant that you will not, and will not allow, upload, submit, prompt, input, introduce, transmit, input, generate, output, collect or otherwise make available to or through the Coralogix AI Tool any Content that constitutes personal information (or any cognate term) as may defined under any applicable data protection and/or privacy laws (“Personal Information”). You hereby represent and warrant that to the extent you introduce, generate or otherwise use any Personal Information in connection with the Coralogix AI Tool, you have obtained, and you shall maintain at all times, any and all licenses, authorizations and consents required under any applicable law or regulations.

8. Disclaimer 

CERTAIN CORALOGIX AI TOOLS MADE AVAILABLE HEREUNDER ARE STILL IN THEIR BETA TESTING PHASE AND PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND MIGHT CONTAIN CERTAIN ERRORS, DEFECTS AND INACCURACIES. YOU ARE ADVISED TO USE YOUR DISCRETION AND REVIEW THE CORALOGIX AI TOOL AND ITS RESULTS’ SUITABILITY FOR YOUR NEEDS.

9. Limitations of Liability for Coralogix AI Tools in BETA TESTING PHASE

(A) THE PROVISIONS REGARDING HOSTING AND AVAILABILITY, SUPPORT, AND LIMITED WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO THE BETA TESTING PHASE SERVICES; AND (B) CORALOGIX’S INDEMNIFICATION FOR LOSSES UNDER SECTION 12 AND 13 OF THE TERMS IS CAPPED AT A CUMULATIVE TOTAL OF $15,000. (C) NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, CORALOGIX RETAINS THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE ANY CORALOGIX AI TOOLS BETA TESTING PHASE AT ANY TIME, WITH OR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

10. Monitoring

Coralogix is under no obligation to monitor your activities in relation to your use of the Coralogix AI Tools. However, we may systematically screen and/or monitor any Content uploaded, submitted and/or transmitted through the Coralogix AI Tools, at any time and for any reason, to ensure and enforce compliance with this Policy, the Terms, and any applicable law with or without notice.

11. Remedies

In addition to any other remedies that may be available to us, in case we suspect that your Content, any of your activities or use of the Coralogix AI Tools are in violation of this Policy, the Terms, or any applicable law or regulation, we may, without limitation, with or without advance notice, and without liability to you (i) remove and/or block such violating Content, in whole or in part; (ii) terminate or suspend your Account, access to our solution and/or services, or certain functionalities thereof.

12. Changes and Modifications

We may update and/or amend this Policy from time to time, provided that if Coralogix makes material changes to this Policy, we will give notice as appropriate under the circumstances, e.g., by displaying a prominent notice on our website, within our services or solution or by sending an email. Your continued use of the Coralogix AI Tool after the changes have been implemented will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
