Senior Full Stack Engineer (Incident Management)

Berlin, Germany · Full-time · Senior

About The Position

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.

We’re looking for full-stack engineers who are passionate about technology and data to join our team in building modern, cloud-native production systems that process terabytes of data daily.

As part of this role, you’ll help shape and build a new Incident Management product at Coralogix, designed to give customers faster clarity and deeper context during critical events. Unlike traditional incident response platforms, our focus is on leveraging Coralogix’s observability data: logs, metrics, traces, and alerts, to automatically group signals, enrich them with relevant context, and surface the root cause faster. You’ll work with Rust on the backend and Angular on the frontend, deploying on Kubernetes in AWS. Our tech stack includes TypeScript, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and more. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape both the product and the underlying architecture from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and operating distributed systems in production
  • 1+ years of experience writing backend code in Rust.
  • Previous experience with TypeScript/Node.js
  • Proficiency with modern Javascript frontend frameworks (Angular, React etc.)
  • Familiarity with incident lifecycle processes, including detection, investigation, escalation, and resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Advantages:

  • Commercial experience developing and operating production systems in Rust.
  • Experience developing with functional programming and modern effect systems, such as ZIO or Cats Effect.
  • Experience with Incident Management product development.
  • Experience with Angular.
  • Basic experience with Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with gRPC and Protobuf.

Cultural Fit

We’re seeking candidates who are hungry, humble, and smart. Coralogix fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning, where team members are encouraged to challenge the status quo and contribute to our shared mission. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to shape the future of observability solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

Coralogix is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
