Senior Manager, Account Management - US Accounts

About The Position

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, track, and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spending by up to 70%.

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Account Management to lead and scale our growing Account Management team in the US. This role combines strategic account management with team leadership, ensuring the retention, satisfaction, and growth of our customer base while mentoring and driving the success of the Account Management team. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in account management, team leadership, and a deep understanding of the SaaS or observability landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers to achieve customer retention and expansion goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic accounts to drive satisfaction, renewals, and growth.
  • Oversee the team’s pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting for renewals and expansions.
  • Guide the team in executing deals in complex, technical sales cycles.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success and adoption.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive net dollar retention.
  • Track customer health, usage data, and key trends to address risks proactively.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a SaaS company with a focus on cross-selling and account expansion – Must
  • 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring a team of Account Managers or similar roles – Must
  • Sales experience with the ability to assess, plan, and actively achieve maximum revenue and efficiency – Must
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - Must
  • Proven ability to work with SaaS companies – Must
  • Ability to work in Boston HQ 2-3 days per week – Must
  • Strong technical background with 2+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager – Advantage
  • Avid relationship-builder with proven prospecting skills to penetrate new business units, reach decision-makers, and close businesses – Advantage
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business in cloud technologies – Advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in Log Analytics/Monitoring/APM – Big Advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in Cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure) – Big Advantage
  • Understanding of Monitoring, Log Management, and data analytics – Advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
