Senior QA Engineer

About The Position

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace, and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.

At Coralogix, we are passionate about innovation and customer satisfaction. We believe that with the right people, nothing is impossible! We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality software solutions to our global client base.

In this role, you will be responsible for testing production systems after new deployments. You will be key in ensuring that our software maintains the highest levels of quality and performance.


Responsibilities

  • Test production systems once new deployments are completed, starting with the test environment and ending with various production systems.
  • Create and maintain the repository of test cases and test scripts, ensuring they are up to date and functional.
  • Identify and report bugs, collaborating with the development team to prioritize and promote timely fixes.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to review new deployments and understand the testing scope prior to rollout.
  • Clearly report on the progress of testing and provide a detailed quality status report for each version.
  • Define and track key quality KPIs, aiming to meet and exceed them.
  • Work closely with development, architecture, and product teams to ensure adherence to proper quality procedures.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • A technical academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Senior or Lead QA Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript and API testing (working with JSON).
  • Experience working with bug tracking tools such as Jira and test repositories such as XRAY.
  • Familiarity with quality methodologies and best practices.

Advantageous Skills:

  • Knowledge of RegEx, Lucene, and SQL.
  • Experience working with observability or health monitoring systems.
  • Experience with automation tools.
