Hands on with AI Center: Bringing Observability and Governance to Your Stack

AI is already running across your company, in more places than you’re watching: a customer-facing assistant, coding agents in the hands of your engineers, an agentic assistant supporting another team. It’s a new tier of production, and for most teams it’s unmonitored, ungoverned, and running without a settled operating model.

In this 90-minute hands-on workshop, Calum Kuhn, Solutions Engineer at Coralogix, walks you through AI Center, bringing tracing, guardrails, evaluation, cost, and RUM for your AI workloads into the observability stack you already run. There’s no proprietary SDK to learn and no separate tool to stand up: AI Center onboards through OpenTelemetry, so it’s a lens on your existing data, not a new platform. Patrick Leopard II, Account Executive, joins to open and close the session.

You’ll work through a realistic example environment covering a customer-facing assistant, AI coding tools, and an agentic assistant. There’s no code to write or deploy: the data is already flowing, so your time goes into exploring it and building the dashboards, views, and alerts you’d actually use in production.

By the end of the session, you will learn how to:

• Explore real AI interactions across a customer-facing assistant, coding agents, and an agentic assistant
• Watch guardrails block unsafe inputs and evaluators score answer quality in real time
• Build dashboards, views, and alerts you can bring back to your own environment
• See what your AI coding tools are actually costing, and why
