Who’s Watching the Agents? Measuring the Impact of AI-Assisted Development
Speaker: Lewis Isaac
Time: 10:30 CET
Location: Main Room
AI coding agents can generate code in seconds, but how do we know they’re making engineering teams more effective? This talk explores how to use observability to measure agents’ impact on delivery, cost and reliability. Through practical examples, we’ll explore how to establish meaningful baselines, compare outcomes and avoid mistaking increased activity for improved productivity.
