Coralogix becomes first observability vendor to earn ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for responsible AI

We’re proud to announce that Coralogix is now officially ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certified, becoming the first observability vendor to achieve this globally recognized standard for responsible AI management.
ISO/IEC 42001:2023 is the world’s first international standard for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AIMS). It provides a comprehensive framework for how organizations should govern AI, focusing on transparency, ethical use, accountability, and regulatory compliance.
This milestone certifies the design, development, and operation of our AI systems, including:
- Olly, our agentic AI observability assistant
- The Coralogix AI Center
- All AI-enabled observability capabilities across our platform
The certification process was completed with the support of the BDO Israel Cyber Center, who provided deep consulting expertise in AI cybersecurity and compliance. The certificate was issued by the Standards Institution of Israel, an accredited ISO certification body.
We’re also honored to be among the first 100 organizations worldwide to receive ISO/IEC 42001:2023, and the only observability platform among them.
Why this certification matters
AI is transforming observability, but it brings with it new questions about safety, bias, explainability, and governance. At Coralogix, we believe AI observability isn’t just a technical challenge, it’s an ethical one.
This certification validates that the way we build, test, and operate AI is not only technically sound but grounded in responsibility. It provides assurance for every customer using our AI-driven features to monitor systems, security, and production workloads.
“AI observability is not just a technical challenge, but an ethical and operational one,” said Ariel Assaraf, CEO at Coralogix. “This certification validates the systems and safeguards that we’ve built to ensure our AI delivers value responsibly and reflects our belief in complete transparency and accountability. We are now prepared for the future when certification will become mandatory, and ahead of the game in providing safe, transparent and responsible AI solutions for our customers.”
“We are pleased to work closely with Coralogix to help them to earn the ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification,” said Adi Roze, Director, Head of Cyber Risk Advisory, BDO Israel. “As AI becomes central to digital infrastructure, companies need partners that understand not only how to build and deploy AI, but how to do so with rigor and responsibility. Coralogix has shown that commitment at every level of their AI development.”
AI that is governed by globally recognized standards
This achievement builds on a multi-year partnership with BDO, during which we’ve successfully earned multiple ISO certifications. Their guidance helped ensure our internal AI governance met the requirements of ISO/IEC 42001:2023, particularly around secure design and operational accountability.
For customers integrating AI into their observability stack, this certification offers confidence that Coralogix AI is governed by globally recognized standards and built for trust from the ground up.
We’re committed to leading by example, and this milestone is just one more way we’re making observability safer, smarter, and more responsible for everyone.
