Last updated: January 2026

1. Purpose

The purpose of this AI Tools Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) is to establish guidelines and acceptable usage practices for the responsible and ethical use of the Coralogix artificial intelligence (AI) tool as may be made available by Coralogix to its Customers on and as part of Coralogix’s services and/or solutions (each, a “Coralogix AI Tool” and collectively, the “Coralogix AI Tools”).

2. Scope

This Policy is an integral part of the Coralogix Master Subscription Terms (“Terms”) and applies to the Customer. The Customer is responsible for the acts and omissions of its employees, contractors, and any other individuals or entities that access or use the Coralogix AI Tools on the Customer’s behalf or through the Customer’s account (each, a “User”). Certain AI Tools may be subject to additional or specific terms applicable to such AI Tools.

3. Data-enabled tool, and Opt-Out

The Coralogix AI Tools are turned off by default. Users are granted the discretion to activate the Coralogix AI Tools or decline participation. Should a Customer admin choose to opt in, this will encompass all team members. The User admin retains the right to opt in or out at their convenience via the settings (i.e., on/off toggle) and/or other methods relevant to the specific tool, at any time.

5. Personal Information

If the Customer uses the Coralogix AI Tools to process Personal Data (as defined under applicable data protection laws), both Coralogix and the Customer shall comply with Coralogix’s Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”), which is hereby incorporated into the Terms by reference. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any such processing is lawful and complies with its obligations under applicable privacy laws. Coralogix will maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, as required by applicable law.

6. Health Information and HIPAA

The Services are not designed or intended for the creation, receipt, maintenance, transmission, or processing of Protected Health Information (“PHI”) subject to the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), unless the Customer has entered into a separate Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) with Coralogix and appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are implemented as required by the HIPAA Security Rule and applicable healthcare privacy laws. Unless and until a BAA is executed, the Customer agrees not to use the Services in connection with PHI and acknowledges that Coralogix assumes no HIPAA- related obligations with respect to the Coralogix AI Tools. Without limiting the foregoing, PHI may only be processed using Coralogix AI Tools that operate entirely within Coralogix’s own virtual private cloud (VPC), such as Azure OpenAI (including AI Center and Olly), and shall not be entered into any AI Tools that transmit data to third-party generative AI services.

7. AI Tools General Limited Warranty
