Sales Operations Analyst

About The Position

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace, and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, AI Observability and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spending by up to 70%.

Coralogix is seeking a Data Analyst with Sales Operations Expertise to join our Sales Operations team. This role focuses on leveraging data to optimize sales processes, enhance decision-making, and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate is experienced in data analytics, sales operations, Salesforce, integrated sales/marketing tools and thrives in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment

***This role will require candidates to come into the office 3 days per week into our Boston, MA office.***

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze sales data from Salesforce and integrated systems to uncover trends and drive insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models for sales performance tracking.
  • Identify inefficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales operations.

Sales Operations Support

  • Act as an extension of the virtual Deal Desk, supporting quoting, deal structuring, and closed reviews in partnership with Finance.
  • Assist with marketplace agreements, deal registration, and other sales-related processes.
  • Provide real-time support to Sales reps and Management, handling ad hoc requests and workflow disruptions.
  • Triage and prioritize incoming requests, balancing immediate needs with analytical projects.

Data Integrity & Salesforce Optimization

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Conduct data audits, troubleshoot discrepancies, and enforce best practices for reporting.
  • Leverage Salesforce and third-party tools to improve sales and marketing operations.
  • Collaborate on tool integrations and process automation to streamline workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data structure.
  • Expertise in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
  • Hands-on experience supporting sales teams with quoting, closed reviews, and deal management.
  • Ability to manage interruptions, prioritize urgent requests, and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Boston, MA office 2-3 days per week.

Preferred:

  • Experience with third-party sales/marketing tools (e.g., Clari, Gong, 6sense).
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration.
