Coralogix is growing, and we’re looking for a Director of Operations to join our Tel Aviv office and lead our business operations across multiple domains.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage and scale our internal operations while building structure, processes, and vendor relationships in a dynamic, global company.

What you’ll do:

• Procurement: Own end-to-end purchasing processes, including negotiating terms with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of equipment and services.
• Travel: Oversee global travel operations: booking policies, corporate travel tools, and travel vendors, while ensuring a smooth experience for employees traveling across 28+ countries.
• Facilities: Manage all aspects of office operations in Tel Aviv and coordinate with global office managers. Responsibilities include lease management, workplace services, safety, and space planning.
• FinOps (Financial Operations): Partner with the finance team to support budgeting, expense tracking, vendor payments, and ensure operational compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and vendors. Evaluate performance, negotiate contracts, optimize service levels and costs, and manage vendor onboarding.
