FullStack Team Leader (Dashboards)
About The Position
Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace, and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more—enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.
We are looking for a FullStack Team Leader to lead our Dashboards team in developing a cutting-edge custom dashboarding system for exploring observability data. This role combines hands-on technical contributions with team leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software while mentoring and managing a team of talented developers.
As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the team’s roadmap, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional products.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of FullStack engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of our Typescript-based web application, implementing new capabilities in the custom Dashboarding system.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define and deliver intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces.
- Solve complex UX and backend challenges, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Drive code quality through best practices, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Oversee team planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of features and solutions.
- Shape the team’s technical roadmap and align it with product and business goals.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of our internal design system.

Requirements
- This role requires the candidate to be located in Europe due to time zone alignment and regional market focus.
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing development teams – Must
- 5+ years of experience with Angular2+ AND NGRX/Store – Must
- Strong proficiency in Typescript and browser-based technologies
- Experience with Node.js
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for building visually appealing interfaces
- Experience working with Scala and ZIO – Advantage
