About The Position

Coralogix is rebuilding the path to observability using a real-time streaming analytics pipeline that provides monitoring, visualization, and alerting capabilities without the burden of indexing.

By enabling users to define different data pipelines per use case, we provide deep Observability and Security insights, at an infinite scale, for less than half the cost.

Coralogix is looking for a talented Financial Controller to join our growing Finance team.

In this Job, you will be:

  • Partner with global accounting teams for accurate execution of month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate US GAAP reporting 
  • Preparation of monthly/ quarterly journal entries & balance sheet reconciliations as required
  • Responsible for performing monthly P&L and balance sheet analytical review with commentary, trend analysis & close review with stakeholders
  • Finance Operations: Manage India book of accounts, preparation of financial statements, financial reporting, vendor processing, Payroll, AP/AR, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, taxation, invoice processing
  • Statutory Compliance: Be the sole custodian of statutory compliance, local tax obligations, company secretarial matters, government regulations and retiral benefits related
  • Administrative responsibilities: Manage general admin functions, lease terms & negotiations, insurances & other benefits
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Desire for continuous improvement
  • Undertakes project work beyond function as a learning opportunity and actively develops new methods & processes supporting change. Drive automation, simplification and improvement initiatives. Adoption of best practices to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Execute strategies to improve accounting operations effectiveness, including the development and execution of organizational, process and system changes
  • Implement and maintain the required process and internal control environment, and perform control procedures to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Team-first mentality and flexibility regarding job responsibilities to meet deliverables as a team


  • Ideally a qualified accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment
  • Tier 1 MBA Finance graduate is an advantage
  • 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment
  • Good understanding of statutory corporate compliance in India
  • Good understanding of tax corporate compliance in India
  • Effective written and oral communication skills in English and through various mediums (i.e. video chat, instant messaging, email)
  • Able to work independently
  • Knowledge and proficiency with Excel is required 
  • Experience with NetSuite or other large ERP system is a plus
  • Strong understanding of large company finance and accounting and internal control practices
  • Strong technical accounting skills. Ability to research and understand technical details
