Position Overview:
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Coralogix, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential candidates for various positions within the company. You will be responsible for proactively sourcing passive candidates through various channels, networking, and research. Your efforts will contribute to building a strong talent pipeline that aligns with our company's values and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the global HR team to understand the requirements and specifics of open positions.
- Develop and execute innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates from diverse channels, including online platforms, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Utilize advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct thorough market research and stay updated on industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies and approaches.
- Attend job fairs, conferences, and networking events to establish a presence in the industry and expand the candidate pool.
- Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, emails, messages, and calls, conveying the company's value proposition and opportunities.
- Screen and assess potential candidates to determine their qualifications and alignment with the company's needs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, pipeline progress, and relevant metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition of sourced candidates into the interview process.
Requirements:
- Proven talent sourcing experience and experience in tech and growth companies, including phone screening, is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-On with sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hebrew.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and sourcing challenges.
