Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.

Coralogix is looking for a VP, Commercial sales to join our growing Rest of World team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of quota carrying, new business Account Executives selling into Commercial accounts. Sales leaders in Coralogix need to be hungry, humble, and smart professionals with proven experience leading and growing Commercial sales teams and delivering results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of quota carrying Account Executives in our Commercial RoW segment
  • Set Account Executives up for success with a clear GTM strategy around our ICP and territory planning
  • Hands on leader that builds a strong culture and cadence around Pipeline Generation, Negotiation and Deal Closure
  • Develop and implement a sales playbook that drives high-velocity commercial sales
  • Consistent hiring of new commercial AEs to grow the team organically
  • Work closely with marketing and the channel to support the team with PG
  • Collaborate effectively cross functionally with Account Management, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Product & Marketing teams to ensure we execute on goals
  • Represent the company at various industry, community and/or business meetings to promote the brand and drive sales


Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in SaaS sales leadership
  • Experience leading Mid-Market/Commercial AE teams with high-velocity sales cycles
  • Proven and consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience recruiting and retaining of top talent 
  • Work closely with the Commercial sales team at least 4 times a week from the Dublin office
  • Ability to travel within RoW to visit prospects in the territory, and attend events and conferences
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 
  • Experience in Sales of Observability/Log Analytics/Monitoring/APM - Big advantage
  • Experience in Sales of Cloud-based technologies - AWS/GCP/Azure - Big advantage
