Requirements


Automation Skills

  • Develop and implement automated reporting processes to streamline and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Develop and implement automated remediation for security use cases to streamline and improve customer and internal workflows.
  • Identify manual, repetitive tasks across departments and proactively design scalable automation solutions to replace them.
  • Design and maintain data integrations across various platforms and databases using APIs, webhooks.
  • Write and manage reliable scripts (e.g., using Python, PowerShell, or Bash) to execute routine operational tasks and system checks.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot existing automated workflows, ensuring high uptime, minimal errors, and continuous optimization, supporting 24/7 security operation.

Reporting Skills

  • Data Extraction & Analysis: Extract and analyze data from multiple disparate sources to identify business-critical trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Dashboarding & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain actionable dashboards and ad-hoc reports for internal leadership and external clients using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Operational Monitoring: Proactively monitor the team’s ticket queues to flag aging customer issues, driving faster resolutions and continuous workflow improvement.

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and with external clients.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills including a demonstrated ability to analyze and manage large sets of interconnected data and information.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment, while being able to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Can-do attitude with high customer service orientation.
