About The Position

About Coralogix

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. We are a high-growth, 100M+ ARR business and our GTM team runs on the infrastructure this team builds. That infrastructure needs to be stable, reliable, and continuously improving.

The Role

This role is the platform stability anchor of the GTM Engineering team. You will own the day-to-day operational health of our GTM tech stack — Salesforce administration, tool integrations, data integrity, and user support — ensuring every seller, marketer, and customer success team member has reliable systems to work from.

This is not a ceiling role. It is the ground-floor entry point into a GTM Engineering team that is building the revenue infrastructure for a fast-growing SaaS company. The expectation is that you bring technical curiosity and builder instincts to the work — automating your own processes, identifying patterns in support requests that signal system-level improvements, and growing your skills toward the GTM Engineer track as the team scales.

  • The best Revenue Systems Engineers we have seen operate with one question in mind: how do I build something that means I never have to do this manually again?

What You Will Own

Salesforce Platform Administration

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes)
  • Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, and sharing models
  • Support sandbox management, structured deployments, and release processes in partnership with the Salesforce Architect
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, resolve user-reported system challenges, and escalate architectural issues appropriately
  • Maintain system documentation and configuration records

GTM Tool Administration

  • Administer and support integrated GTM tools: Gong, Marketo, Nue.io CPQ, DocuSign CLM, Slack, Jira, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and related platforms
  • Monitor and resolve data sync issues and integration errors across the GTM stack
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new GTM tools and integrations as the stack evolves
  • Maintain tool configuration documentation and operational runbooks

Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems
  • Conduct regular data audits and proactively identify discrepancies before they surface in leadership reporting
  • Build and maintain operational Salesforce dashboards and reports for Sales and Revenue teams
  • Support forecasting visibility and pipeline reporting accuracy

Automation & Improvement

  • Identify recurring manual tasks in your own workflow and build automations to eliminate them
  • Support the GTM Engineers in testing, deploying, and maintaining automation workflows that touch Salesforce
  • Use scripting (Python or similar) to automate data operations, bulk updates, and routine administrative tasks

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Platform App Builder a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and declarative automation
  • Experience administering and supporting GTM tools such as Gong, Marketo, Nue.io CPQ, or similar; CPQ administration experience a strong plus
  • Familiarity with data integrations and ETL concepts — you do not need to build pipelines, but you need to understand them
  • Scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for automating routine data operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — ability to trace a data discrepancy to its source
  • Excellent communication skills — you will be the first point of contact for system issues across multiple GTM teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

The Non-Negotiables

  • You default to automation when you encounter a task you have done more than twice
  • You treat a data discrepancy as an urgent problem, not an acceptable state
  • You can manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders without dropping requests
  • You are curious about the engineering work happening around you and actively want to grow toward it

Growth Path

This role has a natural growth trajectory into the GTM Engineer track. As you demonstrate builder instincts, automation proficiency, and systems thinking, you will take on increasing ownership of workflow development alongside the GTM Engineering team. The expectation is not that you stay in this role forever — it is that you use it to build the foundation that earns you the opportunity to build more.
