We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and collaborative Team Lead, Onboarding Project Managers to lead a growing team responsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience to new customers. This player-coach role combines team leadership with hands-on project execution, ensuring our onboarding processes are scalable, customer-centric, and tightly aligned with Coralogix’s technical capabilities.

This individual will guide a team of Onboarding Project Managers, contribute directly to onboarding strategic accounts, and collaborate closely with Sales, SEs, TAMs, Support, and R&D. The ideal candidate brings both strong project leadership skills and a deep understanding of SaaS or observability customer onboarding.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of Onboarding Project Managers across regions and verticals
  • Define and monitor KPIs for onboarding success, time-to-value, and process efficiency
  • Ensure consistent delivery quality and onboarding methodology across all PM engagements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Sales, TAM, Support, and Product to ensure alignment and feedback loops
  • Drive improvements in onboarding strategy, tools, documentation, and knowledge-sharing frameworks
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and development of new PM team members


Hands-on Project Management

  • Manage onboarding for strategic or high-priority customers, from Sales handoff to production go-live
  • Develop and own customized onboarding plans aligned with business and technical objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensuring timely resolution of blockers and achievement of onboarding milestones
  • Track progress, report risks, and communicate regularly with both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Ensure a positive handoff from onboarding to ongoing account ownership by the TAM


Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS project/program management, with 2+ years in a team leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of managing onboarding or customer-facing implementation teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Monday, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Intercom
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead both technical teams and engage directly with customer stakeholders
  • Experience working in B2B software; experience in observability/security platforms – huge advantage
  • PMP or similar project management certification – advantage
