Vendor Code of Conduct

- Introduction
Coralogix together with its subsidiaries (“Company”) is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency, and respect for human rights, data privacy, third-party intellectual property and environmental sustainability. This Vendor Code of Conduct (“Code”) establishes the global ethical standards, legal, and operational expectations for all vendors, suppliers, contractors, and business partners (“Vendors”) conducting business with or on behalf of Coralogix.
- Purpose and Scope
This Code outlines the fundamental principles of global ethical standards for business conduct and decision-making that all Vendors should adhere to. Compliance with this Code is mandatory and applies to all individuals and entities working with or representing Coralogix. Vendors should also ensure that their subcontractors and affiliates comply with these standards.
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Vendors should, as per the common corporate practice, comply with all applicable international, national, and local laws and regulations relevant for their business, including but not limited to:
Labor laws including anti-slavery laws
Anti- bribery and anti-corruption laws
Data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Trade compliance laws
Intellectual Property (IP) laws
Environmental protection laws
Laws and regulations governing the use of Artificial Intelligence
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
Vendors should actively promote and uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion in their workforce and business practices, ensuring a diverse and inclusive work environment that respects individuals of all backgrounds, and implement policies that prevent discrimination and bias in hiring, promotions, and workplace culture.
- Fair Employment Practices
a. Treatment of Employees
Vendors should foster equal opportunities and fair treatment for all employees while ensuring a workplace free from unacceptable conduct. Treat employees with respect and dignity, upholding their rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
b. Non-Discrimination and Harassment Prevention
Vendors should uphold fair employment practices and prevent discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, disability, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, genetic information, military status, or any other legally protected status. Employment decisions should be based on business factors and merit only.
c. No Forced or Child Labor
Vendors should not engage in, support, or benefit from any form of modern slavery, including forced labor, bonded labor, indentured labor, involuntary prison labor, or human trafficking. All work should be conducted on a voluntary basis. Vendors should not employ individuals under the minimum legal working age defined by the laws of the country in which the work is performed. Vendors are expected to maintain transparent employment practices and documentation that verifies the age and legal employment status of all workers. They should also ensure that no part of their operations—including their supply chains—relies on or is connected to any form of coerced labor. d. Fair Wages and Working Hours
Vendors should comply with local wage laws and ensure that employees receive fair compensation and benefits. Working hours should align with legal requirements and industry standards.
e. Workplace Health, Safety, and Environment
Vendors should provide a safe and healthy work environment for their employees and comply with occupational health and safety laws.
- Ethical Business Practices
a. Anti-Bribery and Corruption
Vendors should not engage in bribery, fraud, or corruption in any form. Offering, directly or indirectly, any form of gift, entertainment, or anything of value to any government official or commercial partners is prohibited, including to our customers, employees, or their representatives. All business dealings should be transparent and accurately recorded.
b. Fair Competition
Vendors should compete fairly and ethically and should not engage in anti-competitive or deceptive trade practices. Competition must be fair, ethical, and within the framework of all applicable competition laws.
c. Anti-Money Laundering
Vendors should take proactive measures to prevent their business transactions from being used for money laundering or illicit activities. Money laundering can be defined as transforming the proceeds of crime into the legitimate economy. Vendors are expected to comply with all applicable anti-money laundering laws, rules, and regulations and take steps to prevent financial transactions from being used by others to launder money.
d. Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Vendors should disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest that could impact their ability to conduct business with Coralogix fairly and transparently. This includes situations where personal interests may interfere with professional duties.
e. Export and Trade
Vendors should adhere to applicable customs and import laws, comply with international trade restrictions and sanctions, and follow all relevant export control laws and regulations.
- Environmental Responsibility
Coralogix is committed to conducting its business with environmental responsibility. Vendors are expected to adopt sustainable and accountable practices in all operations that may impact the environment. This includes full compliance with applicable environmental laws, responsible use of natural resources, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, waste minimization, active promotion of recycling and reuse, and the avoidance of toxic or hazardous substances.
- Data Protection, Cybersecurity, and Confidentiality
a. Data Protection and Security
Vendors must comply with all applicable data privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA), implement appropriate encryption, access controls, and security measures to protect personal and confidential data, and promptly notify Coralogix of any data breaches affecting its information.
b. Confidential Information
Confidential information refers to any information disclosed by Coralogix to the vendor, whether in written, oral, electronic, or any other form. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary data, trade secrets, software, customer and employee information, financial records, business strategies, and intellectual property. Vendors should treat all such information as strictly confidential and should not disclose it to any third party or use it for any purpose other than what has been explicitly authorized by Coralogix. Appropriate measures should be taken to protect this information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
- Intellectual Property Protection
Vendors should ensure that, in the course of providing goods or services to Coralogix, they do not infringe upon or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party. Vendors are expected to use only legally obtained and properly licensed materials, technologies, or content, and will be held responsible for any such violations.
- Ethical Use of Emerging Technologies
Vendors should ensure that any emerging technologies used in their operations—such as blockchain, biometrics, or quantum computing—align with ethical principles and industry best practices, do not infringe on privacy rights, enable discrimination, or support unethical surveillance, and are subject to regular ethical audits to ensure compliance with global regulations and fair business conduct.
- AI Transparency
Vendors should ensure that AI systems used in their business operations comply with ethical AI principles—such as transparency, fairness, and accountability—are not used for deceptive or fraudulent purposes, are clearly disclosed and documented when involved in decision-making processes that impact customers, employees, or Coralogix, and include bias mitigation measures to prevent discrimination in automated decisions.
- Reporting, Monitoring, and Compliance
a. Reporting Violations
Vendors should report any suspected violations of this Code to Coralogix. Reports should be submitted via email at legal@coralogixstg.wpengine.com.
b. Non-compliance
Non-compliance with this Code may result in termination of contract or business relationship.
- Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By engaging with Coralogix, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Code. Failure to adhere to these principles may result in termination of contracts or business relationships.
