IT Specialist
About The Position
Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to users across the organization, quickly diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. When necessary, escalate issues to third-party vendors.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
- Assist with onboarding and off-boarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on hardware and software systems. Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software, including network equipment.
- Create and update documentation for IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware, software licenses, and other IT assets.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to implement IT projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in an IT Support role.
- Experience supporting macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with G Suite, GitHub, HiBob, Atlassian products, Slack, Office 365, and Zoom.
- Knowledge of IAM environments and SAML/SSO concepts (OKTA experience is a plus).
- Experience with MDM systems (Jamf is an advantage).
- Familiarity with security tools such as ZTNA, EDR, and Firewalls.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Scripting and automation experience is a plus.
