Thank you!
We got your information.
Coralogix Extension For AWS EFS Includes:
Dashboards - 1
Gain instantaneous visualization of all your AWS EFS data.
Alerts - 3
Stay on top of AWS EFS key performance metrics. Keep everyone in the know with integration with Slack, PagerDuty and more.
The total I/O bytes exceed 100 MB per hour
This alert detects when the total I/O bytes exceed 100 MB within an hour. Customization Guidance: Threshold: The default threshold is set at 100 MB per hour. Depending on your specific application needs and historical performance data, you might need to adjust this threshold. Applications with high data transfer requirements might need a higher threshold. Notification Frequency: Balance alert frequency to ensure timely responses without creating excessive noise. Adjust according to the importance of the application(s) supported. Action: Upon triggering this alert, immediate actions include reviewing recent I/O activity, checking for unusual data transfer patterns, and investigating any potential causes of increased I/O. Ensure the file system performance aligns with expected usage patterns and make necessary adjustments to resource allocation.
Time since last sync more than 1 hour
This alert detects when the time since the last sync operation exceeds 1 hour. Customization Guidance: Threshold: The default threshold is set at 1 hour. Depending on your synchronization needs and the criticality of your data consistency, you might need to adjust this threshold to a shorter or longer duration. Notification Frequency: Optimize alert frequency to maintain a balance between responsiveness and noise. Adjust according to the importance of timely synchronization for your application(s). Action: Upon triggering this alert, immediate actions include reviewing recent sync operations, checking for any synchronization failures or delays, and ensuring that sync processes are operating as expected. Investigate potential causes of prolonged sync intervals and address any identified issues promptly.
Burst credit balance less then 10%
This alert detects when the burst credit balance drops below 10%. Customization Guidance: Threshold: The default threshold is set at 10%. Depending on your specific file system performance requirements and usage patterns, this threshold may need adjustment. Critical workloads might require a higher threshold to detect issues earlier. Notification Frequency: Consider the frequency of this alert to strike a balance between timely detection and alert fatigue. Adjust according to the criticality of the file system performance for your application(s). Action: Upon triggering this alert, immediate actions include reviewing recent file system activity, checking for any processes consuming excessive burst credits, and ensuring that the file system is operating within expected performance parameters. Consider adjusting file system configurations or workload patterns to manage burst credit usage effectively.
